Who we are
Claradiam (claradiam.com) is operated by Clicarity, a Mumbai-based company. We are a diamond knowledge resource. We do not sell diamonds, jewellery, or any product. We do not have an e-commerce function.
What data we collect
We collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This includes: pages visited, time spent on pages, approximate geographic location (country and city level), device type and browser, and how visitors arrived at the site (search engine, direct, referral). This data is aggregated and anonymous. It does not identify you personally.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifying information. We have no login system, no account creation, and no form submissions on this site.
Cookies
Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to distinguish between visits and track sessions. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. They do not track you across other websites for advertising purposes. What we do not do

WhatsApp links
Some pages contain a link to contact us via WhatsApp. Clicking this link opens WhatsApp on your device with a pre-filled message. We receive any message you choose to send. WhatsApp's privacy policy governs the WhatsApp application itself.
